I am devastated by the loss of Minnesota State Representative Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, in a horrifying act of violence. Our prayers are with their children and all who loved them, and with State Senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette, who were also targeted.

Just finished up at the Evanston No Kings rally. It was safe, peaceful, and a show of solidarity by *at least* 1,000 people.

Just spoke with a gentleman whose wife/kids were kidnapped from their elementary school pickup.
He couldn’t reach his wife then began receiving texts from friends who saw what happened.
He hadn’t heard from his wife in 72hrs. And I wouldn’t know any of this w/out the translator I hired w/my own $.
