Currently on the TTC subway heading north, annoyed that viarail was late enough that I missed the gotrain that would have been quicker, but if that didn't happen I wouldn't have been able to hear the clear, understandable announcement on the subway!! First time in how many years, it's pretty wild.

I'll add that in 2025, the average rate of project abandonment by a renewable developer was around 30% of planned output so NYPA's 20% is better than the industry standards.

Would this not be a sort of nation building project we could do in Canadian cities? It would dramatically reduce transportation emissions (and EV critical mineral needs) and also address issues of rising transportation costs in sticker prices & rising transit fares amid declining service?
