I've been very busy at work. It takes up a lot of energy. I've really leaned into being the "writer guy" on staff and I have a lot of students this year, so it's a lot of feedback and grading. #kidlitchat

Just got back from seeing Wicked: For Good. It was really, really good & much, much better than I was expecting. I was skeptical that they could squeeze another 2 hour movie from the second act, but I gotta say: there is NO FAT in the story. Everything in there was necessary for the story to work.

My college course students are really going to test me today, aren't they? I told them that their essays needed to be in by 3pm today. I'm still waiting on more than half. I warned them that if they were submitted at 3:00:01 I was not accepting them.
