Yesterday I went to the ortho surgeon, well I don't need a total knee replacement, what 🫡. He did say I have a lot of arthritis which is giving me the pain & some torn meniscus. He told me cortisone & gel injection treatments will give me relief. #bumknee #walking #running #kneepain #shorterruns
