Today I was called a “f***ing ugly rat” by a 13-year-old. Was told to go procreate with myself (in less scientific terms). Had a kid crawling on the floor. Others refusing to do their work or sit on their chair. One split juice everywhere

So... just learned that the "fur" on moths is actually a type of specialized, downy scale rather than hair. Apparently, it dampens the echolocation of bats and helps keep them warm.
As if my fascination with moths needed any extra help.

Alt text usage was at 28% 3 weeks ago, 26.2% 4 days ago but dipped to 23% yesterday.
