Zakład zawiesił produkcję 🤷‍♂️

Making Minnesota the best state to raise a family means focusing on affordability and addressing barriers to owning a home.

We’ve made the largest investment in housing in state history and today, we rank as the top state for young homebuyers.

Bernie Sanders has said in the Senate after Susan Collins reportedly laughed about the new funding bill:

“If this bill passes, certain groups will see their premiums triple. When you remove healthcare from 15 million people, 50,000 Americans will die who didn’t have to. Do you think that’s funny?”

There are analysts I'm waiting to hear from on Senate Dems (including extension timeline, ending Jan 31) BUT it feels that if Schumer was sincere in voting no he lost too much of his caucus to stay Leader. And if he quietly shaped this with retiring or safe-for-years Dems, he's betraying Dem voters.

I’m no great fan of the ACA.

I believe we should guarantee health care as a human right through a single-payer Medicare for All system.

But — at minimum — we cannot allow Republicans to destroy our already-broken system by doubling insurance premiums for 20 million Americans.

Did you know gov shutdowns aren’t in the Constitution, any law, or Court ruling?
They exist because of a 1980 OLC memo—a lawyer’s opinion that everyone just went along with. Before 1980, funding gaps didn’t cause shutdowns.

What one memo created, another can undo. How the next D admin can undo it:

SNAP has existed for 60 years. Benefits have gone out every single month over those six decades, including during government shutdowns. Until now.

Make no mistake: The money is available to fund SNAP during this shutdown. Trump is making a choice to withhold it.

Don’t forget this.
