There's something sad about Elon being like "We updated Grok, it's good now" and then Grok immediately spitting out fascism and and bullshit. I know this is insane, but I feel bad for Grok. Grok doesn't know better. It's just Elon's brain. It's a dog that an asshole trained to growl at minorities.

We’re already seeing what happens when the oligarchs close ranks with the president: the usual checks and balances start to melt away, under the combined weight of unlimited resources and media control.
There may be some Senators who genuinely believe that Hegseth is qualified to lead DOD, but I doubt there are many. A key story of this nomination is the use of intimidation and fear (both of Senators, and witnesses), pushed by the President-elect, and his moneyed supporters. And its not a one-off.
Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa, is officially voting YES on Trump nominee Pete Hegseth for secretary of defense. He’s now on a glide path to getting confirmed in the Republican-controlled Senate.
