Is it too late to change?
I've been watching a ton of videos of humans saving animals (after they get abused or left behind or need help in some way) and as much as it gives my Virgo soul hope in humanity, it is also a pain that I can never get over.

From that we can surmise he did in fact commit a war crime, he murdered people without probable cause. They never had any evidence or proof of alleged activities. This was to provoke Venezuela into conflict and it didn't work.
