Last week, there was a crossword clue: “Person who might do the Vulcan salute.” 4 letters. I had NER_ and I was like “Nero? From the first Abrams reboot? But Nero was *Romulan*, not Vulcan. And sure, they’re related species, and I guess he MIGHT do a Vulcan salute but…”
