We need to remember what’s important in life: Friends, waffles, work. Or waffles, friends, work. Doesn’t matter, but work is third.

It's official: North Carolina's Republican-controlled Legislature just passed a new congressional map designed to give the GOP an extra House seat.

This is the third state to follow Trump's gerrymandering demand, following Texas and Missouri.

Today, the U.S. faces one billion+ dollar climate/weather disaster on average every 2w. That's a massive increase from one every 4m in the 1980s.

This is 'global weirding' and people are taking notice!

The government told NOAA to stop tracking these events: but @climatecentral.org is on the job.

BREAKING

Nexstar Media, which owns around two dozen ABC affiliates, says it will preempt Jimmy Kimmel Live indefinitely tonight due to his commentary on Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

Important to note that the FCC has to sign-off on Nexstar’s aquistion of TEGNA media group.

This is the point that is missing from the Kimmel discourse - the levers that Trump has for this are oversight of deals like Nexstar and TEGNA
Nexstar is currently awaiting approval from the FCC and FTC on a $6.2 Billion acquisition of TEGNA.
This is...something

Nexstar, one of largest owners of TV stations in the country, is pre-empting JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE "for the foreseeable future":

"Nexstar strongly objects to recent comments made by Mr. Kimmel concerning the killing of Charlie Kirk and will replace the show with other programming."

Per the NYT. A massive level of corruption, beyond anything we’ve ever seen. Trumps get rich, their cronies get special deals, jeopardizing our security.

The thing about lying is that it snowballs quickly. So, when you’re trying to lie to an entire nation, there’s infinite ground you have to cover. It is simply not possible to not get caught. The Trump regime is wrapped in its own web of lies, one it will keep tripping over until it’s stuck for good.

With all the talk of product shortages , I think it should be said that products will first find their way to densely populated areas first and everywhere else, last

This certainly will hurt all those red counties. How they react to their shelves being everything will define the midterms
