🧵👋 Hi, I'm a peace and justice writer

I was slow to dump Twitter. Years of writing attracted 4,000 followers. I felt I was persuading folks.

In the past few months, my followers have surpassed 10,000.

Here's a 🧵 on GETTING YOUR ADVOCACY TO A WIDER AUDIENCE VIA BLUESKY (I'll keep adding to this)

- anybody areas marked PRIVATE in businesses are not able to be ventered by ICE or cops without explicit permission or without a judicial warrant

I am not a lawyer 3/3

- don't say shit to ICE or cops other than saying you want a lawyer present when speaking with them
- or asking for the warrant. any warrant not signed by a judge judge (so even ICE judges don't count) do not count as a hall pass to enter any private area 2/

dear neighbors, document any time you see ICE being involved anywhere and contact ag.ca.gov. it's happening here in our bubble.

Today lined up with two dogs practicing hanging around other dogs, and Ranger was able to lend a helping paw with each session.

Everyone did their homework over the last month, so we got to see the result of solid practicing and dogs getting their needs met. 🥲 #pitties #HerdingDogs #GSDs

Have old Clipper cards lying around? You might want to check how much money is left on it.

The amount of money stored on inactive Clipper cards has nearly quadrupled since the pandemic, a Chronicle data analysis found.
Millions of dollars are sitting on inactive Clipper cards. What happens to the money?
Nearly $30 million in cash was sitting on unused Clipper cards at the end of last year. What happens to that money?
