This whole affair fakeout with Vernon and Sharon is so cringe. Like having characters here and there misconstrue what's going on between them and be suspicious of their behavior is fine, but the constant doublespeak that's only for the viewers' ears is just ridiculous.

Kat and Eva match each other's nastiness, but it's only Kat who gets reprimanded. When it's Eva's turn there's conveniently no 3rd party or on the off chance there is one, it's crickets about Eva's nastiness. That kind of unevenness is why I can't see it for this rivalry.

There are too many moments on #BTG that feel written by inexperienced fanfic writers employed by the show. Like why is Derek making out with this chick the audience just met and it's played as if the two had some great push and pull for months that the audience has watched from jump?

Megan Jovon Ruth Pete has a man that don't play about her. I appreciate Klay showing them how to do it. So many athletes get into relationships with famous women, but will keep their lips zipped when these sports talking heads unfairly bring up the women and blame them for how they're playing.

I think I'm slowly becoming indifferent to BTG and I hate that feeling. My tv is still on for it when I'm home because I do want to contribute to the ratings, but I'm finding it easier for my attention to go elsewhere. I'm deleting episodes without bothering to catch the moments I've missed.
