I obviously disagree w the Roberts Court decision that the groups in the probationary employees case don’t “presently” have standing
But the door isn’t closed—& we’ll be back in trial court tomorrow w other groups developing more grounds for relief

Per a source with knowledge, leadership at EPA's Office of Research and Development had no input into the agency's RIF plan and learned about the supposed destruction of that office and firing of 75% of its staff when the NYT reported it yesterday.
