I won't say she's perfectly groomed, but attempts were made!
It's Maggie, the crusty white dog. This is her before photo, looking extra crusty with overgrown, unkempt hair It's Maggie, the crusty white dog in her after photo! She is sitting, doing her best to look noble. Her coat is much whiter and hair is shorter, though her haircut is uneven, as she was squirming the entire time! Beard still has a bit of grime, but she no longer has the nasty food encrusted dreadlocks, so I'm calling it a win!

I sometimes call Galaxy our Not-a-Cat, as a parody of the Not-a-Deer cryptid.
He is the strangest cat I've met and only acts partially like one. He also has 3 braincells.
Idk if he is just weird 🧠 or didn't learn cat behavior when young, since his history is unknown. More in ALT.
Galaxy the white cat being held upside down by my spouse. He often holds his black cat Alucard upside down, 🐈‍⬛ likes to be held like a baby and is my spouse's fur baby. Galaxy still likes me more, I am still his emotional support human. He has always been wary around men, he may have been abused by one in the past. He does have some scars, idk how he got them though, if it was from being in a forest, abuse, or something else. Physically he is also different from the other cats, he is VERY stiff and kinda unathletic. Vet said he was around 2, but he seems much older physically. The only thing we know is that he has a level 3 heart murmur, seems more afraid of men, and was dumped in a forest on a mountain. Galaxy the white cat sitting on a cat scratching pad, on a gray carpet, by cardboard boxes. He likes to sleep in strange places, from a torn up paper bag, the other cats' beds, and ontop of the scratching pad. He is still skiddish but didn't running from my 8 pound dog anymore. He is around 15 pounds now, not eating as ravenously or as desperate for attention. He used to headbutt your hand so hard it could hurt. Now he is much more gentle. His coat is much softer and in better condition now. It was very rough and course when he was found. White cat Galaxy drinking out of a waterbowl, sitting in an odd position, while his tail sits in a food bowl. The strangest thing he does is spill his water a lot. He drinks oddly compared to the others. He will spill water by bumping the bowl with his paw, or accidentally by laying on the bowl while drinking. He will then sit in the water while drinking more. He is less ravenous when it comes to food but still eats more food than the other cats and isn't picky about the type of food. He hasn't eaten dog food yet, but has gone after dishes soaking in the sink before we put them in the dish washer 🤢 Galaxy the white cat and Alucard the black cat by the fridge. He is finally playing with Alucard, he doesn't do it very well though. He also doesn't understand getting hissed at by the grumpy Valkyrie, the gray tabby cat, he will just stand there confused until she baps at him. He meows a lot to get attention or communicate with people, but is silent when hurt or suprised. He didn't make any noise when his tail got caught in a door, just ran off. He also will try going into the fridge or sitting infront of it until physically moved. Bumping him repeatedly with the fridge door will not make him move, I have to actually remove him.
