Portland has great projects in the works:
- Public Market in downtown
- Rebirth of the Albina neighborhood
- WNBA team
- Rejuvenated 82nd Ave
- Venues (Keller replacement & 2 possible music)
- New botanic garden on the river

Our food scene is still top notch.
