late to the party, but I've realized that - for how much I try to actively avoid AI generated content - my brain now knows this nice new feeling of being *sick to my stomach* at the very beginning of reading a piece of content when the markers of AI make show up (usually, pretty much immediately)

so, in a move I heavily struggle to comprehend, Google recently removed from Maps
- the possibility to filter results by "open now"
- the possibility to sort results by distance, instead of "relevance" (aka "trust us bro" sorting)
thus rendering the app 98% useless.
suggested alternatives?
