virginia is practically the epicenter of trump's attacks on the federal government and if warner can't credibly perform opposition to the president then i think he's toast. the real question is whether there is a virginia democrat ambitious enough to throw caution to the wind and go after him.

Apple defied a court order just so it could steal from app developers and jack up prices for users.

A federal judge called it an “obvious cover-up” and put a stop to it.

This is a huge win for app users, developers, and competition.

(🔐) Please understand that this is neither a stunt nor a casual conversation. It’s long, fully sourced, includes reams of hard data—among much else, on anticipated casualties—and takes into account the best intel we now have on Trump, Musk, and their political plans. I hope you’ll share this widely.

Donald Trump has ended USSS protection for both Hunter Biden and Ashley Biden.

Another clear signal that he himself never intends to be an ex-president, nor see his family be the family of an ex-president.

The number of such signals is growing exponentially by the week.

The Department of Justice was created in 1870 with an explicit mission to protect civil rights and enforce the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments.

The DOJ went after the Klan hard, securing thousands of indictments and 600+ convictions within the first year alone.

How about restoring *that* focus?
Leavitt: "We want to restore the Department of Justice to an institution that focuses on fighting law and order."

It's actually extremely easy to understand why Joe Rogan would do this, but understanding it would require the ADL to ask larger questions about their new political allies on the Trumpist right, so instead they're going to pretend it's inexplicable.
