The difference between Montreal Canadiens coverage in the French media vs English media is quite stark. One group throws grenades at players and is highly emotional when the Habs are doing very well (or bad), and the other group is measured, logical and insightful. Guess which is which?

Many factors are the reason the Habs are in the hunt for a playoff spot. Buy-in to Marty’s game plan, Carrier trade, Laine in the lineup, Dobes, etc…. But Lane Hutson is certified Elite! He’s become a dominant player after only 40 games as rookie. Makes offensive magic and plays solid defence.
