As it's customary, PP has been reciting slogans that don't contribute to the improvement, analysis or understanding of the budget.
He only throws adjectives with no substance or logic.

As I like to follow the clues, I looked for ANY IQ tests that MAY include giraffes or zebras. "The easy ones" for the orange pedo.
I found at least 3 dementia tests including recognition of giraffes and zebras.
