Since Trump's inauguration, his EPA had announced no major step to address water or air pollution.

These bans on cancer-causing chemical are a very big deal reflecting tireless work to highlight the dangers of TCE, amend the Toxic Substances Control Act, and litigate all through Trump I to give the law teeth.

Now the fight goes back to the courts.
