I am the Federal Clean Air Director and a senior attorney for the Natural Resources Defense Council. This is my personal account.
The Trump EPA is the Citizens United version of environmental regulators—protecting corporations-as-people, not people-as-people.
"This Biden-era rule would have imposed crushing regulatory burdens..." quote from EPA, which is supposed to protect health, and it ignores the crushing health burdens the companies are imposing on people.

Pardons and disbarments follow different processes and practices.

Neither vindicates.
Jeff Clark, among the 2020 election theft coconspirators pardoned by Trump last night, posts that he is grateful but expects the DC Office of Disciplinary Counsel to continue trying to disbar him so please donate to his legal defense fund

Instead we saw capitulation and a betrayal of working Americans.

Trump's tariffs are hurting us in two ways:

First, the obvious: Higher costs → either lower profits or higher prices.

Second, more subtle (perhaps bigger): We’ve signaled we’re an unreliable partner, so allies are reorganizing supply chains to avoid us. That's hard to unwind.

Opinion | The sandwich thrower was wrong. But Jeanine Pirro was, too.
To establish a forcible assault, jurors were required to find that Dunn caused “reasonable apprehension of immediate bodily harm.” That allegation was laughable.
