Probably won’t see this in mainstream media - aka the right wing press - coz it’s against their narrative. Wind energy in Britain broke a new record last week with nearly 23GW on the grid one cold windy evening. That was 56% of all electricity on Britain’s grid.

Sir James Dyson says Brexit was worth it – even if it’s made people poorer.
Well, that’s an interesting take on the current situation.
What’s the word I’m looking for?

'Pull your socks up Prime Minister! Abandon the timidity - it's time to soften Brexit.'

It's time someone told those who were 'completely wrong' about leaving the EU to 'shut up and sit down', says @mrjamesob.bsky.social with urgency, in light of Trump's tariffs and market instability.

“Does Britain’s future really lie outside the EU? I believe, in the long run, the answer is no.” Funnily enough, I and several million others always thought that too! 🤞🏻
Proud to say he is my MP. I know Tim and believe him to be an honest person. His view on EU and a need for a reset is mine too.

The real reason Britain is in a slump is mostly because of the Tory toxic Brexit.
I hope 🤞 this a sign of growing dissent within Labour ranks …

Labour MP @Tim_Roca tells the TRUTH about Brexit and how it has weakened the UK.

We need a BOLD reset of UK-EU relations.

You stupid, opportunistic, traitorous bastards.
You’ve all done such unforgivable harm to our country, risking our safety, prosperity and wellbeing in your nasty, populist cravings for power.
You stink of him.
Shame on you all forever.

“We can’t tell boys that bullying is bad and then equally reward bullies like #Trump in power,” Katz says. “There’s a lot of fear in the face of a rightwing populist government, but we need men to loudly oppose him, otherwise real people will be harmed.”

So bloody depressingly true 😔
If Brexit had never happened…

…we’d be much wealthier, with more investment in public services, better trade - and with our parliament & govt having spent the last decade doing far more productive things.
