I see a lot of catastrophizing, and while I understand and have found myself doing the same, I think we really do need to see what happens. Sometimes the thought of things eats us up more than the actual thing. Not saying we don’t have to worry. Just saying we need to keep it in check for our MH.

i genuinely would rather kill myself suicide bomber than have yet another regular job but i just dont think i can survive running my own business unless i can instantly learn every single detail perfectly on how to do things. especially the communicating with clients part thats literally the hardest
