It is worth noting that this is a pattern amongst the likes of media, who inevitably paint a woman who has laid harassment, assault, rape, etc allegations against men as somehow less than pure & innocent, thus casting aspersions on her validity, with whatever denials that this is what they're doing.
It bears remembering that this woman, according to the IPCA report, sent at least 36 emails to media outlets, presumaby including NZME, as well as the PM, Police Minister, and police command in Dec 2023 & Jan 2024, and they did fuck-all about it too
