Finnish Coast Guard inspected ARCTICA (MMSI: 538011962 ) off the coast of Finland. Nothing found according to officials. Helicopter was seen hovering over anchored ship by passengers of ferry.

Russia has detained a Greek-owned, Liberia-flagged oil tanker GREEN ADMIRE as it was leaving Estonia for Rotterdam.
Allegedly this took place inside Russian waters but judging from the AIS-track she initiated irregular maneuvering already in Estonian waters.
