Here are RNAV and ILS approaches to RWY 30 of LBPD laid over track. Odd turn occured North of airport. GPS did not report inaccuracy.
Later he went for ILS approach and/or more likely by directions from tower using VOR radials.

Aren't they are creating the boulder on the wrong side... It's on the russian side of the ditch -> Easy to push back.. Also walls are really shallow.

Those are ETRS-TM35 coordinates. Same as ETRS-TM35FIN. UTM35 strip is accurate on eastern side of FIN, for UTM35FIN it is stretched to be common system for whole Finland.

Ok, found the old Russian-Finnish border definition from 1966 www.finlex.fi/fi/valtiosop... And line matches current EEZ also on FI-RU portition.
So this NAVWARN was no issue.

EEZ / Int.waters was formed between FIN-EST Treaty on 1996.
I have not found definition of FIN-RUS border pre-1996, if RUS also moved terr-waters, or was it only FIN (Anyone knows?)
In which case current NAVWARN would be serious trolling and attempt to move border.

- Slowdown of 2knots
- Stop for raising anchor ( usually 30 minutes, here 15 )
4 cables would have been affected if there was a drag..
