Week 13 of the college football season didn't offer as much chaos as some of the other weeks. The race for the playoffs is heating up and rivalry week is nearly upon us. There is no time to waste for teams vying for a playoff berth. Two games featured top-25 teams facing off, but the higher-ranked teams won by two scores in both.

Week 12 of the NFL season kicked off on Thursday night. The Houston Texans upset the Buffalo Bills with a great performance from the defense. On Sunday, the Chicago Bears survived with a 31-28 win against the Pittsburgh Steelers, who were without Aaron Rodgers. The Green Bay Packers cruised to a 23-9 victory over rival Minnesota Vikings. Detroit overcame a double-digit deficit to defeat the New York Giants.

The 10th week of the NFL season started on Thursday night with the streaking New England Patriots beating the New York Jets 27-14, as rookie TreVeyon Henderson scored three touchdowns. On Sunday, the Miami Dolphins picked up a 16-13 win over Washington to improve to 4-7. The Carolina Panthers edged out Atlanta 30-27 in overtime in a great game for Bryce Young.

Week 12 of the college football season had a mix of everything. We saw dominant wins, as well as three top-25 teams losing to unranked teams, and big comebacks. Cincinnati was ranked No. 25, but fell 30-24 to unranked Arizona. Unranked Navy upset then-No. 24 South Florida 41-38. Louisville was ranked No. 19, but lost to unranked Clemson 20-19. The third-ranked team in the nation—Texas A&M—needed to outscore unranked South Carolina 28-0 in the second half to win 31-30.

The 10th week of the NFL season started and ended with games that ended with 10-7 scores. The Denver Broncos edged out the Las Vegas Raiders on Thursday Night Football. On Sunday, the Indianapolis Colts were led by star running back Jonathan Taylor, who rushed for 244 yards and three touchdowns in the Colts' 31-25 overtime win against the Atlanta Falcons.

Week 10 of the college football season brought more upsets and chaos into the mix. Then-No. 8 Georgia Tech fell 48-36 to an unranked North Carolina State. Miami was ranked No. 10, but lost 26-20 to unranked SMU. Texas (then-No. 20) defeated then-No. 9 Vanderbilt 34-31 and is now back in contention after being written off early. The Big 12 looks to be in for a crazy battle late in the season.

The ninth week of the NFL season kicked off with the Baltimore Ravens dominating the Miami Dolphins in Lamar Jackson's return from his hamstring injury that kept him out for three weeks. On Sunday, Rico Dowdle continued his strong play, as he led the Carolina Panthers to a 16-13 win over the Green Bay Packers. The Cincinnati Bengals and Chicago Bears combined for 89 points, but the Bears pulled out a 47-42 win despite Cincinnati scoring two touchdowns in 50 seconds…

Week 7 of the NFL season kicked off with a great battle of 40-year-old quarterbacks, as Joe Flacco and his Cincinnati Bengals outlasted Aaron Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Steelers 33-31. The game in London ended with the Los Angeles Rams beating the Jacksonville Jaguars 35-7. The Miami Dolphins continued their downward spiral, losing 31-6 to the Cleveland Browns. Drake Maye and the New England Patriots continued to look good, defeating the Tennessee Titans 31-13.

Week 8 of the college football season was full of twists and turns, as four Associated Press Top 25 teams lost to unranked opponents. And that is why we love the sport. Unranked Louisville upset then-No. 2 Miami 24-21. Minnesota, also unranked, beat then-No. 25 Nebraska 24-6. Unranked UAB beat then-No. 22 Memphis, and Arizona State upset then-No. 7 Texas Tech to round out the upsets by unranked teams.
