"Scout" is so generic that TF2 used it to name their archetype. It's a common descriptor of basic shit. It's a couple kids camping organization. It's what the thing on Vegeta's face does. At least Drake and Orphan somewhat describe the characters, Scout is like placeholder made manifest.
