Trump wants to promote domestic industry. Yes, this makes sense. However, domestic industry will not be built overnight - it will take years and years. Meanwhile, the tariffs he plans to enact will cause great economic suffering for Americans & push away allies when we need them..

The "comeback" of a criminal isn't a celebration. It's a tragedy. Celebration of this darkness to sell magazine's is another example of how the media is no longer in pursuit of the truth and on the side of "right."

Trump advisors want to "shrink bank regulation" putting our economic foundation at risk. No one "likes" regulation but it is critically necessary because many will pursue their self-interest with no regard for the repercussions. Failures like SVB and First Republic will be a regular event.
