Your mental health is paramount. Protect it. Remove yourself from negative stimulus if you're having trouble coping. It's completely reasonable to be outraged, freaked out, and anxious, but take a break. Take care of yourself.

I have been on a weightless journey since June/July. In that time, I've lost 52lb. It's crazy to see what a difference this has made to my body, my medical conditions, and my overall mental health. It's really nice to feel alive again 💜 #weightloss #progress #gym #zepbound #beforeandafter
