Sometimes certain people are always hurricanes even when it shouldn’t be hurricane season. I feel like they cannot exist in any other form & have to be constantly involved, stirred up, or bothered by some drama that is happening. I will choose to avoid these types & not be taken into their storms.

Got an action plan to try and create serotonin naturally because the meds I was prescribed and took for 3 days turned into a nightmare. Here is my list.

So I’m going to try and listen to more music & see if it helps the anxiety/depression. In the quiet I replay events in my head & worry over them so it’s become a habit energy. I think the only thing to change this is to create new memories & be in the present & not focus on the past anymore.

I wish more people would play Darktide. Saw someone mention that there are about 24k more players on Vermintide. I am not a fan of how that game feels vs Darktide. I’ve tried to get friends from other games to play it but haven’t had much success in them being as excited for it except for 1 person.

Remembering when my insurance sent a news letter about opioid addiction. While at the same time not wanting to pay for a surgery because I didn’t want to be on pain meds to manage it and wanting to resolve instead. Bunch of assholes.
