Scratching my itch by recreating instagram's overlay zoom effect using GraphicsLayer. Planning to add this to telephoto so you can add it to your app with a single modifier.

I need to thank and HUG the folks who made the "Recomposition State" in Android Studio. Not only did it save me from going insane wondering why my custom layout was recomposing, but legit, I feel SMARTER having connected dots on modifiers, data classes, and function type properties. I am so pumped.
