I seem to recall an @impactfund.bsky.social panel about this, maybe 5 years ago? Companies don't want arbitration; they want you to go away. When pltfs sue, they force arbitration; when pltfs use arbitration, they whine. www.law.com/2025/03/12/l...

Don't believe the spin! 17 states are trying to destroy our most fundamental disability rights law, § 504 of the Rehab Act of 1973. foxrob.com/2025/02/21/d... They got some bad press and are spinning away, but have not amended the complaint. The threat continues!
