HB26-1013 is about fairness and transparency for renters. This bill strengthens my 2025 Junk Fees law by clarifying the rules for RUBS, so tenants and landlords are on the same page about how utilities can be billed. Happy to report it passed the House Business Affairs & Labor Committee today.
