You would think he and his people -- or monsters -- would recognize this blatant reality.
If you rename the Department of Defense the Department of War, then bomb fishing boats in the Caribbean, and shoot an unarmed priest in the head with a pepper bullet, you should automatically be barred from receiving the Nobel Peace Prize for the rest of your life.

My family escaped Ukraine from the pogroms and were lucky enough to escape to the US.

They took my family in — we had nothing and offered nothing, but a desire to get ahead and be free while being safe.

This is a country of immigrants, and we should be honoring that history.

Hang onto this image of CDC's full list of underlying conditions tied to severe risk of COVID.

If you're an adult aged 18-64, RFK Jr. is now making you show some proof of one of these underlying conditions in order to get a COVID vaccine.

I don’t care if the uneducated grunts “do their own research” and, with the UCP’s blessing, decide not to be vaccinated against COVID or flu. Hell mend them.
But now these UCP wankstains are making it as hard as possible for intelligent humans to get vaccinated?
Fuck Smith and her brain-dead caucus.

The number of mass shootings in this country is chilling to say the least.
The casualness of this statement from a Reuters article about this morning’s Times Square shooting is chilling

This is such a great story of an appreciation for history.

We recently re-did our condo kitchen and on demo, found an old empty cigarette pack, a Pepsi can, and a spent caulking tube a la the builder's crew.
Found another marble while gardening today. I'm up to three! Historic houses are fun. The oldest part of ours was built in 1768, so we periodically find gifts from the past. I keep everything we've found on a little shelf in the kitchen. My shrine to those who loved this place before I did.

But it can stagger forward, drunkenly, punching itself, for a couple of centuries.
