It is quite simply dishonest to describe TPUSA as a “free speech” organization and not even mention the “Professor Watchlist,” as NPR just did. Reporting on a crime does not entail adopting the victim’s views.

And it's striking to me how this country will mourn a fascist, DEMAND that we treat his death with the utmost respect, but Palestinian children, Black trans women, Indigenous women, homeless people, kids in schools, so many others...are just numbers we're supposed to accept.

Speaking of floods though, please don't forget Appalachia even though they're not in the news anymore. They're still trying to recover from Helene, people are still missing, homes are still destroyed. And winter is coming down
