Jon Stewart on the Daily Show last night blamed the media in a lazy attempt at false equivalence. In Stewart’s narrative it’s the media’s fault that we fixate on the politics of mass shooters. Never once mentioned that Trump, from his bully pulpit is escalating this behavior.
