If every trans, queer, nonbinary & intersex person who faced attacks like this had an equally honorable crash out against their attacker, think we could get her freed? I don't think she's evil, I think she's amazing. Maybe the U.S. colony would have to face its homo/transmisia then....
A trans woman was just sentenced to 15 years in prison for defending herself from an attacker. She wanted no part in the fight and witnesses described her actions as self-defense. With right-wing media constantly portraying her as "evil" since the incident, the trial was over before it began.

As a black person, this is all Indigenous land. Yes, we Black people deserve autonomy/self-determination, but not at the expense of further disposession of Natives.

This isn't by any means a novel concept or new epiphany. I'm just going back through my old annotations on my praxis books & found this one. Feels like it sums up how any colony throughout history is always built on terror:

This is why I don't say that I want a socialist or communist America. There should be no America, or any colonial country, in existence. All Land needs to be returned to her Indigenous stewards, and Indigenous people should return to their Indigenous/Ancestral land.
