It's almost Valentine's Day- if you haven't already made a deal with an ancient deity to bestow upon your girlfriend the ability to talk to wild animals, it's too late. That spell takes ages.

Tree #6 "The Story Tree": 10/10 for climbability

This is my absolute favourite tree to climb. I've climbed it many times since we moved here.

Tree #5 8/10 for climbability

It's been a few days since I had a climb. Opportunity coupled with being without a dog (he was snowed out of Glossop until Wednesday and it just feels wrong going for a long walk without him) meant that I've not been on it (and by it I mean trees) for a while.

I've been a bit slack on uploading my tree climbing so prepare for a tree dump!

Wimped out on a snowy walk and went briefly wassailing* in the secret part of my garden above the outbuildings (where I have 4 baby fruit trees, and a small assortment of more mature trees).

Found in a park in a frosty, misty Weldrake.

Couldn't get onto the bottom branches so wedged myself between the V of the trunk. So didn't get up too high.

Even so, nice little climb - 6/10 for climbability using a rating system I made up while up the tree.

Did a bit of a climb,then got braver and did a bit more- ended up quite high... My dog was not sure about it.
