Wow, no. You can't cross ISRAEL'S BORDER WITH GAZA without Israeli permission because that is how national borders work, you need permission to cross them and enter the nation you're not a citizen of.
Gaza has ANOTHER border, with Egypt, and Egypt controls their side of that one, too.
