Is Scotland's Independence a Priority? I know what MY answer is... but here's what my local SNP candidate in next year's Holyrood election had to say.

The Scottish budget just passed, despite containing measures to mitigate the axing of the winter fuel payment & the 2 child benefit cap, Labour MSPs abstained even though they claim to support these things.

This is the norm for the BBC. BBC Scotland do report regularly on the Scottish government, however only in negative terms. Perhaps they have to take orders from the mother ship a bit like Scottish Labour.
What is wrong with the BBC and its relationship with Scotland? It seems that deep in its DNA,it can't talk about a party that wants to make Scotland independent That's not a British Broadcasting Corporation as a result.
It's an English Broadcasting Corporation.

Why a nuclear waste train crash just south of the border is timely reminder of Scottish Labour’s support for new nuclear plants in Scotland

Scottish Borders Council, a Tory run council is shutting our lovely rural Nursery. Without a nursery Channelkirk Primary School is at risk as there would be no direct feeder for the school. It's essential it remains open. Please sign this petition www.change.org/p/save-chann...

Can I ask why anyone in Scotland thought it would be a big laugh to vote in Labour just to spite the SNP???
Anyone who thought that SLAB would be able to stand up to their London master's & demand X Y & Z. They have zero interest in Scotland & would gladly hand all these policies back to London.

A bit like the Scottish branches of the red/blue Tories and liberal "democrats" taking orders from a foreign country

Is there any point to The BBC at all? They are anti-Scottish and if you don't agree then please let me know of any positive reports they've had on Scotland's NHS, Education, anything!

They wouldn't confront the Tories when they were in power and now won't confront Labour.

Proof that UK joining the EU again is pointless: they've learned absolutely nothing since the Brexit vote.

An independent Scotland would be a genuine and decent EU member I'm sure.
