On the left is his plush form, which is altered from the base design to look more like a plush toy, and is Normal/Ghost type. An included dex entry reads: "It's just a plush toy, but there's a pokemon spirit inside. It tends to get carried around by its trainers, but it seems to dislike weak and lazy people. It can't move much on it's own, though, so it's not like it can do much about it."
On the right is his evolved form, which is heavily reminiscent of the base Evil Popoi design. His body is also attached to the plush, which has a hole with stuffing coming out of it on its back. He is Dark/Ghost type. The included dex entry reads: "The Pokemon has broken out of the plushie and is now able to move freely. It still seems to be tethered to the toy though, which annoys it. It's mischievous and kind of a show off... but it also doesn't seem to like bringing too much attention to itself, so if too many people gather, it makes itself scarce."
Above are two simple doodles of both designs. Text on the left reads: "I'm making the big claws a permanent staple of the design because I'm mad SEGA never draws real [evil] popoi with them anymore. It also has a very expressive face." Text on the right, referring to the plush form, reads: "Can move head, arms, and tail, but that's it. Because it can't move very much i imagine it has crap stats except defense, and has like no moves.
