Largo has always been the forerunner. Margot feel behind at 3.0 and didn't catch up until 7.2, but has kept pace since. Mariko is furthest among the others (approaching Shadowbringers) but it would take a lot of effort to keep 3 characters up. (... says the guy with 7 total 🤷) #FFXIV
