I won't speak for how helpful it is for executive dysfunction as I don't struggle with it but all the rest we've been doing for years with search automation at a fraction of the cost (harm, environmental, etc).

This is so good and informative. I’ve learned so much about “AI” and using all of it to talk to people at work. The amount of smart people who believe the bs claims of what it can do is wild and really hard to convince otherwise but I’m shifting my talks towards harm and this is great. Thank you.
