Today I learned that roosters can work as an alarm clock (already known) *with* an “off” button (new discovery).
I currently have a rooster in my guest bathroom recuperating from a dog attack. I knew he was starting to feel better when he started crowing on Thursday.

I’ve been working on spending less time online and more time focusing on IRL friendships, projects, and crafts. The recent cold weather inspired me to start knitting my first pair of mittens. I finished the first mitt last night and I’m so pleased! 🥰
