Venezuelan men the U.S. deported to El Salvador are starting to speak out.

The Trump administration sent over 230 of them, many with no criminal record, to CECOT, a brutal prison. No charges. No convictions. Just locked away in a place one man said “wasn’t meant for humans.”

"Mejia began trying to get her son back on 7/3, within hours of her release. She hoped it would happen in days. But at a 7/15 custody hearing, child welfare officials said Eliazar had bonded w/his foster family during her prolonged detention." Regaining custody of your own children can be a fight.

I just left the Everglades Immigrant Interment Camp. No, I’m not using their ridiculous name. It was a very tough to witness humans in those cages. Every Floridian should be ashamed that our taxpayer money is being used for this.

These people are by definition not criminals, because conviction for one felony or two misdemeanors is an absolute bar to TPS.
NEW: the Trump admin has moved to terminate TPS for Honduras and Nicaragua, covering over 50,000 people

Both of these designations date back to 1999, meaning Trump wants to strip legal status from people here legally who have had a background check every 18 months for the last 26 years.

Miami just canceled its November election & pushed it to 2026. No public vote, just canceled.

Mayor Suarez & Joe Carollo get to stick around an extra year.

This feels like a power grab. If one city can delay elections for “participation,” what’s to stop others from doing it to silence opposition?

Adrian Martinez tried to defend a man ICE was harassing. Video shows six agents swarming him. He struggles but doesn’t lay hands on them. They take him to the ground & shove him into a CBP vehicle.
