Affordable housing professional. New dad. Atlantan. Georgia State grad. Lover of architecture, native plants, (the real) football (/soccer), woodworking, music, and cocktails.
Let’s talk housing/land use/transit!
Absolutely. I’m in process of getting my neighborhood association to sign a letter in opposition to the city, county and APS.

Not to mention all the other county and city services.

Seriously important. There’s no way we can have function schools by funding it with property taxes from 50 years ago.

More Americans living in cities has an effect too. When Trump talking about crime-infested Democrats cities everyone just looks outside and can tell it’s bullshit.

This is really just the Trump admin in a nutshell. “We’re making America healthy!” *kills cancer research, undermines vaccine support, blames acetaminophen for autism*. “We’re making America affordable!” *tariffs grocery store staples, starts trade wars, increases healthcare premiums* - on and on.

Do you? Do you think she’ll emphasize better bike infrastructure or safer streets?

someone endorsed by civil rights leaders and a ton of other local orgs advocating for fair labor practices, housing, gun violence, bike infrastructure, and equity across our city. But you just couldn’t look past your BeltLine Rail obsession.

See this is this problem with single-issue voting. You could’ve voted for someone for responsible and transparent budgeting, or someone willing to push past lip service on policies addressing the affordability crisis, (1/2)

Do not underestimate the technofascists and their influence on the platforms that the majority of Americans use to communicate.

So what other issues did you disagree with Rohit on?
November 5, 2025 at 1:47 PM
Single issue voting against transit expansion is a huge L for Atlanta and blindly ignores all the other policies that would’ve helped everyday Atlantans, but you do you I guess.

Oh, it will be a Board vote. I’ve spoken with other members (Katie Howard who’s term limited and outgoing, I believe) about it.

APS has to agree to setting up new TADs, and I’m 99% sure they vote on any extension. It’s like 50% APS dollars that get redirected.
October 24, 2025 at 2:31 PM
Looking into the BOE seats. We need some candidates who will vote against the TAD extension.
