From an operational security perspective, this is the highest level of fuckup imaginable. These people cannot keep America safe.
The Trump Administration Accidentally Texted Me Its War Plans
U.S. national-security leaders included me in a group chat about upcoming military strikes in Yemen. I didn’t think it could be real. Then the bombs started falling.

Today I lost an NIH grant training clinicians to do research about intimate partner violence with perinatal women.

More women are murdered in the perinatal period than die of obstetric complications.

I didn't just lose a grant. We lost an entire cohort of people building careers to prevent that.

NEWS: An Indian national teaching at Georgetown was arrested by immigration authorities in Rosslyn, Va. Monday.

His lawyers say he's being targeted for his pro-Palestinian views. His U.S. citizen wife's father was a Hamas adviser.

I think what is making everyone so angry isn’t just the cowardice of Senate Democrats, it’s their cowardice in comparison to the random normal person who runs for school board to oust a Moms for Liberty freak

Can’t emphasize this enough: if you’re feeling overwhelmed by the debased assault on our country, the antidote is connecting with other people in the flesh who are feeling the same way. There are millions of us.

Thoughts on boycotts: inflict pain on the corporation. Buying a couple 99 cent ebooks from a self-published author on Amazon is fine. Don’t buy a microwave on it. Purity is never the answer. Restraint though and thoughtfulness is.

Of course the Democrats will be going to Houston to find and interview voters who were laid off , to ask them what their expectations of the new administration were and how they feel they are doing at the moment. And posting here and everywhere. Right ?
On Fox Business this morning, Chevron Chair and CEO Mike Wirth discusses all of the records that the company has broken last year.

"Record" production, record distributions to shareholders, etc...

Yet they're laying off 15%-20% of their workforce.

Vile.

Guess I need to plan a trip to costco
Costco, which has come out saying it supports DEI, will make no changes to its existing programs, AND pays workers a minimum of $30/hour, is up 15% YTD.

Target, which announced it is ending all DEI programs and has a minimum wage of $15-$24/hour, is down over 4%.

Keep voting with your wallet.

And when we criticize Elon's goons as "little boys", what do the young voters we need hear?
Optics matter. Waving foreign flags reinforces the idea that ICE’s targets are, well, foreign.

If you want young people to vote for Dems, focus on what they're doing, not their age. Calling them "little boys" and other such derogatory things will push young people further away.

Dear DNC, DSCC, and DCCC:

I don't want to see another fundraising text or email asking for a dollar of mine until I see an actual plan to meet this moment.

Y'all had 11 weeks between the election and inauguration, and there's still no plan. There's no excuse for that.

No plan, no donation.
