I mean, look, I'm not a reporter, so who am I to talk?

But on a day where the president both just called a woman reporter "Piggy" and is celebrating someone who had people bone saw apart one of my colleagues, I might just be a little ready to defend my colleagues and profession.

But that's just me

This interview was filmed 5 years ago during my first run for the MN House of Representatives, but it’s as true today as it was then.

We don’t have to live this way.
Our children don’t have to die this way.

Text ACT to 644-33 to start taking action.

I’m devastated by the assasination of Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark. Melissa convinced me to run for office a second time and she supported me throughout both campaigns. She was a mentor, a friend, and an incredible leader.

Indiana congresswoman says, “You violated the law, you don’t get due process.” These are the same lawmakers who oppose Red Flag Laws because they don’t provide armed domestic abusers with … due process.

Trump claimed the Biden administration spent $8 million "making mice transgender." The White House tried to back up this number with records of funding for research into cancer, asthma, and HIV, some of which used *transgenic* (genetically modified) mice.

President Trump falsely claimed that Biden spent $8 million on 'making mice transgender,' but the real research was for human health.

We are losing our allies. What will it take for Republicans stand up to Trump, Vance, and Musk?
It begins.

Norwegian petroleum giant Haltbakk Bunkers has declared it will NO LONGER HELP THE US NAVY.

A petrol giant in Norway has announced a ban on fuel sales to all US forces following Donald Trump's treatment of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House, it has been reported.

Just as the Founding Fathers intended
Trump: "We're gonna be selling a gold card. You have a green card, this is a gold card. We're gonna put a price on that card of about $5 million and that's going to give you green card privileges, plus. It's gonna be a route to citizenship, and wealthy people will be coming into our country."

Ethan Song lost his life to an unsecured gun. No parent should have to endure this pain.

We honor him by reintroducing Ethan's Law, which sets federal standards for safe gun storage. We must pass sensible gun laws—the safety of our children must always come first. #KeepKidsSafe

This is exactly how they’ve been attacking public education for years.
It's annoying how clearly this is going to play out.

They gut the FAA.
Therefore, the FAA can't do its job well because it was gutted.
Therefore, they say "The FAA sucks, we have to privatize it." which is what Project 2025 wants to do. They're manufacturing the crises for their end goal.

My mom had to pass a background check in order to volunteer at the local food shelf. She could have avoided that by applying to be the US Attorney General.
So let me get this straight.

If you apply for a job at a grocery store, you have to undergo a background check.

But, if you apply to be Director of National Intelligence, you don't?

Got it.

Spent the day at the MN EL conference and teachers were scrambling for free samples of teaching materials and books that vendors were handing out. Do other professionals do this at conferences? Like do surgeons beg for sample scalpels until they can piece together a full set of surgical instruments?
