As PEC President Christopher Miller said above, it’s the data center industry’s massive electricity use that’s driving up *your* residential electric bill.

Even the proposal for high-use customers to pay 60% of what they request is inadequate. It should be 100%.

No subsidizing corporate greed.

Much credit to Supervisors Pruitt, Galloway, and McKeel for voting in favor of this project. The rural areas should not be restricted to wealthy people. This was a major missed opportunity for the county to start getting things right with regards to affordability in the rural areas.
